Southern California Rail Operations Status as of Friday, December 14
Nearly all Southern California marine terminals have returned to normal operations following the recent work disruption. The only exception is TTI (JPX service) which continues to experience congestion.

- No westbound rail billing restrictions
- No westbound cargo equipment release restrictions
- All inland rail terminals are receiving export cargo for OOCL, loading to trains and moving without delay
- Railcar supply to support import on-dock rail operations is good.
Looking Ahead – Expect Congestion through the Holiday Season
- Christmas holiday is celebrated in the USA and Canada Tuesday, December 25. Customers should expect up to 48 hour transit delays from Friday, December 21 through Wednesday, December 26 as USA and Canada railroads operate fewer trains over the holiday period.
- New Year's holiday is celebrated in the USA and Canada Tuesday, January 1. Customers should expect up to 48 hour transit delays from Friday, December 28 through Wednesday, January 2.
- Most North American rail road companies will close Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.
