Washington United Terminal (WUT)
ADDITIONAL GATE HOURS - Updated
Hoot shifts added Monday - Thursday for the following two weeks, WUT gate opens at 0300.
During the hoot shift (0300-0800) all normal truck operations will be available.
    Monday - Thursday, 27-30 August 
    Monday - Thursday, 03-06 September 


OOCL Chassis Policy - Atlanta, GA
Effective September 1, 2012, OOCL will no longer provide chassis for import and export shipments to/from Atlanta, GA.

All motor carriers, either working as suppliers for OOCL or OOCL customers, must provide chassis for these shipments. Chassis usage fees for Merchant (CY) moves should be billed by the motor carrier directly to their customer.

If motor carriers plan on renting or leasing chassis at Atlanta area locations, OOCL’s recommended chassis provider for this area is Direct Chassis Link (DCLI) as all intermodal containers arriving by rail will be de-ramped onto DCLI chassis. Containers delivered or picked up from the Antlanta rail ramps with a non-DCLI chassis will require a flip at the motor carrier’s expense. Motor carriers are encouraged to execute interchange agreements with chassis providers as soon as possible to ensure a smooth transition.

Fog/Port Congestion in Shanghai and Qingdao
Due to Fog and related Port Congestion in Shanghai and Qingdao, the following vessels have encountered delays in departure from Shanghai and Qingdao:

• NWX Houston Express, Voyage 045 E has a current ETA to Vancouver of August 25th at 1630 hours and to Tacoma August 29th at 0330 hours. Second Vancouver call cancelled.
• NWX Hanover Express, Voyage 032 E has a current ETA to Vancouver of August 29th at 1400 hours and to Tacoma September 2nd at 0300 hours. Second Vancouver call cancelled.
• NWX Savanah Express, Voyage 049 E has a current ETA to Vancouver of September 06th at 0800 hours and to Tacoma September 08th at 1900 hours.
• CCX NYK Pegasus, Voyage 061 E has a current ETA to Los Angeles of August 29th at 0800 hours and to Oakland September 2nd at 0800 hours.
• CCX NYK Triton, Voyage 023 E has a current ETA to Los Angeles of September 5th at 0800 hours and to Oakland September 9th at 2000 hours.
