• The Port Authority of New York/New Jersey has advised all Port Authority marine terminals will be closed on Monday, October 29th.
• The Port Authority's maritime facilities will remain closed until further notice. The port terminals that are closed are Port Newark Container Terminal, Port Elizabeth Marine Terminal, Port Jersey Marine Terminal, Howland Hook (New York Container Terminal) on Staten Island and the Brooklyn-Port Authority Marine Terminal.

Norfolk

• The state-owned marine terminals will be closed to all operations on Monday, Oct. 29.
• Gates and interchanges at all of the Virginia Port Authority marine terminals will be closed to all traffic. Additionally, there will be no rail or vessel operations. This will be the case until the storm has passed and it is has been determined that it is safe to resume operations at the terminals.
