Customer Advisory - USMX, ILA Reach Tentative Agreement
Notification has been received that the USMX and the ILA have agreed to a tentative agreement on a six-year Master Contract that will prevent any disruption of port operations. The agreement is subject to formal ratification by both sides and to the successful conclusion of negotiations on local contracts.
