Customer Advisory: Hurricane Dorian Disruption on the U.S. East Coast

Further to our initial advisory on September 3, 2019 regarding Hurricane Dorian, the storm continues to travel northward along the United States east coast.

Due to the current conditions in the Carolinas, our Charleston, SC office will remain closed through Friday, September 6th.

All payments that have been sent to our Freight Cashiers in the Charleston and New York offices will continue to be rerouted to our Freight Cashiers in Salt Lake City, and could experience a short delay in release.

Our OOCL Customer Service staff continues to be available to service your shipping needs in other US locations at 888-388-6625.

In addition, we have included a list below of known gate closures related to the storm.   Due to changing weather conditions, this list is subject to change and it may become necessary to restrict export shipments at inland rail terminals moving to ports in the mid-Atlantic.
