Dear Valued OOCL Customer,
China Customs released Order No. 144 [2019] to adjust the China Customs Advanced Manifest (CCAM) regulation with an effective date of November 15, 2019.
The main items under Order No. 144 [2019] are the following:
- Complete and accurate manifest(s) must be submitted 24 hours prior to loading on the vessel with a service to Chinese mainland ports.
- Below elements are removed from the previous order and are no longer required on your shipping instructions:
- Consignor/Shipper company code
- Consignee company code, contact person & contact number
- Notify party company code
The regulation is applicable to bookings with a transshipment point or destination in Mainland China.
In order to comply with Order No 144 [2019], please submit shipping instructions before the shipping instructions cut off time shown on the booking acknowledgement. This will allow OOCL to submit the data to China customs by the manifesting deadline.
