​Port of Montreal

As reported Friday, August 21, 2020, a seven-month truce was announced between the Maritime Employers Association (MEA) and the Port of Montreal Longshoremen.

Montreal Gateway Terminal (MGT) along with Termont are now both open and working, although some congestion may be experienced until backlog of cargo is cleared.

In addition, GEX1 and GEX2 vessel calls at Montreal will resume later this week.
