Position​

Accountant - AP, Financial Control​ Departmen​​


Job Location  

13th Floor, Saigon Trade Center, 37 Ton Duc Thang Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCMC, Vietnam



Job Summary:

Responsible for AP monitoring and other related AP tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all invoices captured in front-end systems, while adhering to company policies and local tax regulations.​​
  • Prepare and process daily payments, ensuring quality service delivery.

  • Efficiently resolve payment-related inquiries when escalated.
  • Submit required tasks on time with accuracy, clearing outstanding items by deadline, including but not limited to reconcile vendor statement and update vendor master file.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate accounts payable processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing tasks.
  • Prepare ad-hoc AP reports upon request.



Job Requirements:
  • Education background:

          Bachelor’s degree in accounting or auditing

  • Experience:

          Minimum 2 years in a similar role in international / foreign investment companies / multi-nation companies and knowledge in the shipping / logistics industry is an advantage

  • Skills:

          Technical skills:

           Proficiency in SAP, and Excel.

           Good Power BI, VBA, Dashboard… is an advantage.

           Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations.

           Soft skills: Communication, teamwork, time management, strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail, high accuracy in work execution in fast-paced environments

  • Language requirements:

           Fluent in English

  • Other requirements:
           Ability to work under pressure, willingness to work overtime or on weekends when necessary, customer-oriented mindset and a proactive attitude
