Outbound Documentation Coordinator, Customer Service Department

mPlaza Saigon, 39 Le Duan, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC
1. Scope of responsibilities:
- Cooperate with BL production team (DOC center) to complete Bill of lading (all relating tasks of BL production)
- Manifest submitted per timeframe requested by the customs (all relating loadings/destinations)
- Handle customer’s Inquiry (change of destination, cargo issues, switch Bill of lading, amendments, etc.)
- Payment collection & cargo release (OBL/TLR/SWB released/triggered)
- OSAR follow up to push the payment & cargo release at OB end./Overdue cargo at the destination
- DOC accuracy & keep relationship with customers for Customer Retention
- Handle other tasks and project assigned by Manager
2. General requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder major in Logistics/Supply Chain/Economics/Foreign Trade.
- At least 1 year experience in shipping lines/logistics related field.
- Good command of written/spoken English, Chinese language capability will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Good communication skills, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
