Scope of responsibilities
- Looking for new customers and response customers’ rate inquires, handle customer inquiries on provision of credit facilities, handle customer’s special service request within company capability.
- Follow up, retain and expand customer base as per company requirement.
- Meet and deliver the Sales Target and all KPIs assigned by company.
- Ensure full compliance i.e company employee handbook and legal biz regulation.
- Finding out / collecting right market intelligence and duly report to TIR / Sales Manager.
- Other related jobs under the assignment of Sales Manager and RGM.
General requirements
- Education: Bachelor' Degree, Major in economic, logistics, supply chain.
- Work experience: having 2 years of experience at position Sales Executive of shipping line or 3PL Intl Logistics Company.
- Language: Good English is a must and fluently Chinese language is prioritized.
- Ability to communicate well, agile, speak fluently, ability to present convincingly, create a good impression on listeners.
- Know how to handle flexible and soft situations in the process of negotiating with customers.
- Have good negotiation and communication skill to deal contract and communication with customer.
- Have good problem solving skill to make innovation or quick fix issues.
- Have good to make report by excel, ppt, ect.
- Ownership to handle job by himself /herself .
- Willing to support and cooperate with each other.
- Quickly learning and positive thinking.
- Professional attitude, passionate, sales hunter, commercial mindset, proactive, customer service mindset, dynamic, enthusiastic energy.
