Arrival Notice
Arrival Notices will be sent to customers 1-2 days before vessel arrival at port.
For arrangement to receive arrival notice through
My OOCL Center, please refer more information to:

Electronic Delivery Order (eDO)
Delivery Order (eDO) will be released upon the submission of:
a) payment of outstanding charges including Detention and Demurrage (Please refer to
http://www.oocl.com/vietnam/eng/localinformation/ddfreetime/
b) submission of relevant IB documentation

and send eD/O request to email address: [email protected] (HCM Office) & [email protected] (HPH office)
c) duly endorsed Original Bill of Lading as below guides; or a proof of identity if a Sea Waybill
