Demurrage & Detention Free Time and Charges

Export Demurrage (Free time & Charge*)

1. Definition of Key Terms

Export Demurrage	Free time shall commence from the first calendar day following the day laden container gated-in
Free time & Charge* (R1)	to be calculated in USD, per container per calendar day.

2. Tariff Rate:

(#) Customer pays storage charge directly to Terminal

Remarks:

VAT is inclusive
For the service in Asia-Europe Trade (AET), it should be consulted with our local Sales Representative for more information.
Hazardous Cargo under IMO Class 1 & 7 is not allowed

Export Detention (Free time & Charge*)

1. Definition of Key Terms

Export Detention	Free time shall commence from the first calendar day following the day empty container gated-out from empty Pickup Location
*Free time & Charge (R1)**	to be calculated in USD, per container per calendar day.

2. Tariff Rate

For the service in Asia-Europe Trade (AET), it should be consulted with our local Sales Representative for more information.

(R1) = For Dangerous Cargo accepted by Port Authority, free time of Demurrage is 3 calendar days from 1st day of laden container discharged (for import) or gate-in (for export).
(R2) = Applied for General Purpose, Hanger, High Cube Containers.
(R3) = Exclude Electricity Charge.
