Dear our valued customers,
Please be kindly informed you that according to the Vietnam Posts & Telecommunications Ministry, with effective from 00.00 LT October 01, 2006 the telephone & fax numbers of Haiphong will be changed by adding a digit "3" in front of current numbers.
For example:
Current phone No. : + 84 31 825955 shall become + 84 31 3825955.
Cell phone numbers will maintain unchanged.
