V/v: Thu phí lưu container rỗng HÀNG NHẬP quá hạn

Công ty TNHH OOCL Việt Nam, văn phòng TP. Hồ Chí Minh xin thông báo:
Kể từ ngày 15 tháng 10 năm 2010, chúng tôi sẽ triển khai thu phí lưu container rỗng (nếu phát sinh) trước khi nhận container rỗng về bãi.
Để được đóng dấu gia hạn hạ container rỗng, Quý khách vui lòng thanh toán ”Phí lưu container rỗng quá hạn“ tại:

Lưu ý:
Khi hạ container rỗng về bãi, Quý khách cần xuất trình đầy đủ phiếu “EIR container có hàng” và “Giấy mượn container” có đóng dấu gia hạn hạ container rỗng cho bãi rỗng.

Subject: Collect detention charge for inbound shipments
Dear esteemed cusrtomer,
OOCL (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. Ho Chi Minh office would like to inform you that:
From 15 October 2010 we will fully collect arisen detention charge, if any, before receiving empty containers returned to depots.
In order to have your “Container borrowing voucher” stamped with extension for returning empty container, you are requested to fully settle arisen detention charge at:

Attention !
“Equipment Interchange Receipt” for laden container and “Container borrowing voucher” stamped with extension for returning empty container must be presented for depots’ verification when you return empty containers.
