V/v: Thu phí đối với những trường hợp đã lấy container cho booking hàng xuất nhưng sau đó trả lại container rỗng

Công ty TNHH OOCL Việt Nam, văn phòng TP. Hồ Chí Minh xin thông báo:
Kể từ ngày 15 tháng 10 năm 2010, đối với những trường hợp đã lấy container cho booking hàng xuất nhưng sau đó trả lại container rỗng chúng tôi sẽ triển khai thu phí lưu container các loại và phí PTI nếu là container lạnh trước khi nhận container rỗng về bãi.
Thời gian tính phí lưu container bắt đầu từ ngày Quý khách lấy container ra khỏi bãi đến ngày Quý khách trả lại container rỗng. Quý khách vui lòng thanh toán tại:

Những depot sau có triển khai tạm thu phí phát sinh (không áp dụng cho container lạnh) trong trường hợp Quý khách không kịp thanh toán tại văn phòng Công ty OOCL, Quý khách có thể đóng tiền tạm thu tại những depot này khi trả container rỗng sau đó nhận hóa đơn tại văn phòng Công ty OOCL:
- Tâm Cảng 710
- Tâm Cảng Thủ Đức
- Depot 5 – Cát Lái
Lưu ý:
Khi hạ container rỗng về bãi, Quý khách cần xuất trình đầy đủ phiếu “EIR container rỗng” và booking có đóng dấu xác nhận đã thanh toán phí phát sinh cho bãi rỗng.

Biểu giá phí PTI: USD18/container. Đối với những container có yêu cầu cài đặt như sau sẽ thu thêm USD10/container cho việc chạy thử đặc biệt: nhiệt độ từ +25C đến +30C hoặc từ -23C đến -35C; AFAM.

Subject: Collect arisen charges when empty containers returned after picked up for outbound bookings
Dear esteemed cusrtomer,
OOCL (Vietnam) Co. Ltd. Ho Chi Minh office would like to inform you that:
From 15 October 2010, for empty containers returned after picked up for outbound bookings we will fully collect arisen charges, including but not limited to detention charge and PTI charge (for reefer container), before receiving empty containers returned to depots.
Detention charge is counted from the first day you pick up empty container until you return the empty container to our depot. Please settle arisen charges at:

The following are depots where you can temporarily settle arisen charges for returning empty containers (not applicable for reefer container). Tax invoices will be issued at OOCL’s downtown office later.

Attention !
“Equipment Interchange Receipt” for empty container issued at the time of gate-out and booking with OOCL’s confirmation about arisen charges settled must be presented for depots’ verification when you return empty containers.
