Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we - OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far. 

We would like to advise that we will adjust the Emergency Bunker Surcharge (EBS) for all outbound shipments from Vietnam to Intra Asia ports (except Japan, South Korea, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Middle East) with details as follows: 

-  Origin: Ho Chi Minh / Hai Phong / Danang / Qui Nhon
- Final Destination: all Intra Asia Ports (except Japan, South Korea, Middle East, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka)
-  EBS Quantum: USD55/USD110 for 20’/40’&HQ’ (including V.A.T)
-  Effective date: 01 July, 2011 (basing on onboard date)

This surcharge increase will be applied on top of existing applicable ocean freight rates, and continued to be subject to all ancillary charges applicable at time of shipment.
