Announcement of container Imbalance Surcharge

We, OOCL (Vietnam) Ltd wish to announce that from Sep.15th,2011, the Equipment Imbalance Surcharge (EIS) for Hai Phong inbound cargo from all IADA origins at USD65/TEU (arrival date)
Origins:Japan/SouthKorea/China/HongKong/Taiwan/Philippines/Thailand/ Cambodia/Myanmar/Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia
This surcharge will be payable prior to the release of the cargo.
