Subject: Local Surcharges Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable support to our service so far.

We would like to announce that we will adjust the local surcharges for all outbound and inbound shipments from/to Vietnam with details as follows:

1. Seal Fee: usd4.5 per seal.
2. Documentation Fee: we will apply 3 tier DOC fee as below:
- For E-booking and E-SI submission: vnd350,000 per set bill of lading.
- For E-booking and manual SI submission; or manual booking and E-SI submission: vnd500,000 per set bill of lading.
- For both manual booking and SI submission: vnd600,000 per set bill of lading.
3. Delivery Order Fee: vnd500,000/set
4. Late Collection Fee: 1% of prepaid outstanding charge amount or minimum USD25 per week, whichever is higher, applicable when the prepaid charges have not been settled within 10 days of vessel departure (for non-credit customer)or after credit period (for credit customer)

Effective date: 11th November, 2011 basing on ‘On Board Date” for Non-North America trade, and “Cargo Receiving Date” for North America trade.
