Subject: Advance Manifest Security Charge (AMS) Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable supports to our service so far.

We would like to advise that we adjust the Advance Manifest Security Charge (AMS) for all outbound shipments from Vietnam to USA/Canada with details as follows:

-  AMS Quantum: usd30 per bill of lading
-  Effective date: September 26, 2013 (basing on cargo receiving date)
