Subject: High penalty applied for Mis-declaration

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable supports to our service so far.

We would like to inform that for the safety & smooth delivery, the mis-declaration has not been accepted by OOCL & the penalty charge applied for the mis-declaration of WEIGHT or COMMODITY should be #USD1,000.  Besides the penalty charge, as shipper/booking party, you should absorb all incurring charges (trans-loading charge & new rate for extra service).
