Subject: Local Surcharges Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable supports to our service so far.

We would like to announce that we will adjust some local surcharges for all outbound and inbound shipments from/to Vietnam with details as follows:

1- Documentation Fee (DOC fee) for outbound cargo: we will adjust tier 1 DOC fee as below:
Tier 1: VND600,000/BL (applicable if both booking and SI are submitted electronically)
Tier 2: VND750,000/BL. It remains unchanged (applicable if either booking or SI is submitted manually).
2- Telex Release Fee in Inter Asia Trade for outbound cargo:
 VND400,000/BL (It remains unchanged at VND400,000/BL for other trades)
3- Terminal Handling Charge for outbound and inbound cargo – THC/THD:
USD87/133/164 per 20’GP/40’GP and HQ/45’HQ
4- Cleaning charge for inbound cargo:
VND90,000/VND180,000/VND180,000 per 20’GP/40’GP and HQ/45’HQ

Effective date: April 01, 2013 basing on ‘On Board Date” for Non-North America trade, and “Cargo Receiving Date” for North America trade.
