Subject: Local Surcharges Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable supports to our service so far.
We would like to announce that we will adjust some local surcharges for all outbound and inbound shipments from/to Vietnam with details as follows:

1- Seal fee (HSS) for outbound cargo: USD8/seal
2- Seaway Bill Fee in Inter Asia Trade (IAT) for outbound cargo: VND400,000/set 
3- Cleaning charge (CLE) for inbound cargo (applied for General Cargo/non-hazardous):                            VND100,000/VND200,000/VND200,000 per 20’GP/40’GP and HQ/45’HQ
4- Inbound Reefer Demurrage- applied for all destinations in the north of Vietnam (via Hai Phong Ports)
Free time of demurrage: 3 calendar days
4-7th:    USD50/20’ & USD80/40’
The 8th onwards:  USD80/20’ & USD105/40’

5- Inbound Reefer Detention- applied for all destinations in the north of Vietnam (via Hai Phong Ports)
Free time of detention: 3 calendar days
4-7th:    USD50/20’ & USD80/40’
The 8th onwards:  USD80/20’ & USD105/40’

Effective date: October 15, 2013 (on board date) for Non-North America trade & November 1, 2013 (Cargo Receiving Date) for North America trade
