Subject: Local Surcharges Adjustment Notice

Dear Esteemed Customers,

Firstly, we – OOCL (Vietnam) Co., Ltd would like to express our sincere thanks for your valuable supports to our service so far.

We would like to announce that we will adjust local surcharges for all outbound and inbound shipments from/to Vietnam with details as follows:

Charge name: Terminal Handling Charge– THC/THD
Application area: applying for Dry cargo (except dangerous goods, special equipment such as Flat Rack and Open Top equipments, etc.):                                                                                     
New Quantum: USD93/143/174 per 20’GP/40’GP and HQ/45’HQ

Effective date: December 1st, 2013 basing on ‘On Board Date” for Non-North America trade, and “Cargo Receiving Date” for North America trade.
