Subject: Equipment Security Deposit - Inbound shipment under Outport Delivery or Cross Border Business
Dear our esteemed customers,
Thanks for your supports & cooperation so far.
We would like to inform you that we will adjust our application of Equipment Security Deposit for Inbound shipments under Outport delievry or Cross-border business as below details:

| General Cargo Container | All | VND20,000,000/ cont. applied for: |
| Cargo t/s to other ports (within VN- HPH/HAC/DNG/QUI) arranged by consignee; |
| Customer request empty unit returned to other port outside the original destination (subject to OOCL’s approval) |
| General Cargo Container | All | VND20,000,000/20’ & VND40,000,000/40’ applied for Cross-border business (i.e. Vietnam – Cambodia and Vietnam – China) arranged by consignee under their own cost & risk. |
| Refrigerated Cargo Container | All | VND150,000,000/applied for Cross-border business (i.e. Vietnam – Cambodia and Vietnam – China, etc.) arranged by consignee under their own cost & risk. |
Effective date: October 12, 2019
The amount is requested to settle before D/O exchanged.
We will proceed the amount refunded after our equipment is returned fully (within our free detention time & in its sound conditions) & no any outstanding amount under your account name.
Refund timeframe: within 3 weeks after all required documents submitted by the payer/authorized party & received by OOCL.
