(##) Late Collection Fee – For all Vietnam Outbound shipment:
1% of total outstanding charge amount under “Freight & Charges Prepaid” per Bill of
Lading (B/L), or minimum VND650,000 per B/L per week, whichever is higher,
applicable when the charges under “Freight & Charges Prepaid” outlined on the invoice
issued on/after actual ship departure date have not been settled: 1.) for
non-credit customer, within 07 days of vessel departure date (i.e. actual
vessel departure date + 6 calendar days); or 2.) for credit customer, within
agreed credit period. If there is invoice adjustment, this charge will
be applicable when the adjusted outstanding charges have not been settled: 1.)
within 07 days after revised invoice is issued (i.e. revised invoice due date + 6 calendar days); or 2. ) for credit customer, within agreed credit period.
