To encourage customer through ePayment by wire transfer or IBG in place of manual cheque processing at OOCL counter, OOCL will proceed a surcharge (Cheque Processing Fee) of MYR10/cheque with effective 1st April 2012 which needed shown on B/L. |

| | Update on New ISO Standard for High Security Seal – ISO 17712:2010 |

Further to our previous customer advisory (February 10) on the “New ISO Standard for High Security Seal – ISO 17712:2010”, an update has been issued by the U.S. Customs Border Protection (CBP) that implementation of the new standard relating to the testing of the mechanical seal’s ability to indicate evidence of tampering will be delayed until further notice. |

Please be advised that effective March 1, 2012, the current International Organization for Standardization (ISO) mechanical seal standard (ISO/PAS 17712) will be replaced with a new ISO standard--ISO 17712:2010. OOCL will fully cooperate with the authorities concerned to ensure our compliance to the new ISO standard on the seal requirement is met. |
