 | North Europe to Asia Trade – General Rate Increase |

Currently, ocean freight rates continue to be below the required level to cover basic operating costs or transportation costs on our North Europe to Asia Trade. Considering that the current levels are unsustainable for the long term, we are announcing a General Rate Increase (GRI) which will be applied to all cargo loading on or after June 15th, 2012. |

Water levels in the St. Lawrence River are at historically low levels as a result of less winter snow and less rainfall during the spring. The latest projections are that water levels will not improve in the coming months. |

The ocean freight rate for Asia Europe Trade continues to be below the required level to cover basic operating costs. Considering that the current level is unsustainable for the long term, we are announcing a revenue restoration program in order to maintain a viable service level. |
