Dear Valued OOCL Customer, The terminals operating at the Ports of New York & New Jersey may experience a labor disruption at the end of December. The contract with the Metro Marine Contractor – a division of the ILA - is expiring at the end of 2010. As a result of these negotiations, a possible work stoppage may occur.
