Dear Valued OOCL Customer,

The terminals operating at the Ports of New York & New Jersey may experience a labor disruption at the end of December.  The contract with the Metro Marine Contractor – a division of the ILA - is expiring at the end of 2010.  As a result of these negotiations, a possible work stoppage may occur. 

OOCL will update you on new developments.  In the meantime, in the event of action, please contact your OOCL Representative if you would like to explore alternative service options.
