Demurrage & Detention Free Time and Charges
Combined Demurrage & Detention Free Time and Charges effective January 1st, 2021
OOCL has adopted a Combined Demurrage & Detention (DD2in1) Tariff in European ports supported by a separate Quay Rent (QR) element.
| Export | Combined Dem/Det (DD2in1) | Free time for Outbound
Combined Demurrage and Detention (DD2in1) shall commence at 00:00am on the
first calendar day after empty container is picked up from carrier's facility
and end at 23:59 pm on the same day of cargo cut off. |

| Port Storage (Quay Rent) | Outbound Storage Free time
shall commence the first calendar day after laden container is received at
carrier's facility and end at 23:59 pm on the same day of cargo cut off. |

| RF Monitoring | Outbound RF Monitoring charges
starts one (calendar) day after full gate in and ends same day as cargo cut
off. |
|
| Import | Combined Dem/Det (DD2in1) | Inbound Dem/Det Free time for
Marine Terminals shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day after
vessel complete discharge. Other than Marine Terminals: Free time shall
commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day after last hub arrival |

Marine Terminals shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day after

starts one (calendar) day after vessel discharge, ends with pick up full
container from terminal. |

| Corresponding Tier Detention and Demurrage Calculation | The Corresponding Tier
Combined Dem/Det (DD2in1) calculation is a specific methodology to calculate
D&D charge after expiry of D&D free time. Unless otherwise specified
in a service contract and/or rate filing, dem/det 2in1 charges upon free time
expiry shall be assessed per Carrier's applicable tariff charge tier based on
the actual day exceeding the tariff free time. Eg: Upon expiry of contract
free time of 7 calendar days, the applicable charge will start from the
corresponding 8th day of the applicable tariff charges. |

Reefer monitoring charges (on top of quay rent):
Inbound RF Monitoring & Plug In Charges will be applicable for all active RF containers discharged in Benelux ports:
Inbound RMC Free time: 1 Working Day free, thereafter: EUR 60.00 per Reefer per day will be charged for monitoring, power & plug in charges.
Outbound RF Monitoring & Plug In Charges will be applicable for all active RF containers discharged in Benelux ports:
Outbound RMC Free time: 4 Calendar Days free, thereafter: EUR 60.00 per Reefer per day will be charged for monitoring, power & plug in charges.
