Road Traffic Safety Rule in South China

Dear Customer, 

According to the public notice of the Standing Committee of the Fourth People’s Congress of Shenzhen Municipality (No.125), regarding the tightening control on the Punishment for the violations of Laws on Road Traffic Safety effective 1 August 2010.

The mid-size or heavy truck which loaded over the maximum cargo weight capacity of the tractor will be detained and have penalty.  The escalating penalty will be imposed not only to the drivers but also the tractor owners and users as well.

Safety in cargo transportation is a principal concern of the industry.  It is both of our duties to conform the safety regulations. Therefore, we would like to seek for your co-operation to ensure your shipment weight do not exceed the maximum payload of the container and the road limitation.  Any fine or penalty, in addition to all other related cost/ expenses resulting from non-compliance would be on account of cargo.
