ANNOUNCEMENT
Documentation Fee (DOC)
Hong Kong, Macao and South China
Dear Customers,
This is to advise that with effect from February 4, 2010, the Documentation Fee for all DRY and REEFER shipments will be changed as follows:
A). DOC per BL for all Outbound cargo based on the “Place of Receipt” regardless the BL issuing location:

| Hong Kong and Macao | HK$ 200 | HK$ 150 |
| Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces | RMB 200 | RMB 150 |
(R) To enjoy E-Doc Fee, Booking and Shipping instructions must be transmitted to us by electronic data interchange.
B). DOC for all Inbound cargo:

| Hong Kong and Macao | HK$ 200 |
| Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan and Guizhou Provinces | RMB 200 |
Similar to Outbound Documentation fee, the
Container Seal Fee will also be charged at the currency level based on the "Place of receipt" regardless the BL issuing location effective February 4, 2010, while the charge quantum would remain unchanged.
Note: effective date would be based on shipment on-board date except for USA & Canada which is based on cargo receiving date.
