Affected users may encounter browser security warnings, such as “Your connection is not private”, or be redirected to an unexpected webpage when accessing OOCL services. If this occurs, please close the page immediately and do not enter any login credentials or sensitive information.

If you encounter a browser warning similar to the screenshots below, such as:
- “Your connection is not private”.
- “This site is not secure”.
- Certificate or security warning messages when accessing OOCL services.
This may indicate that your connection is not being properly directed to the official OOCL website.
Please take the following precautions:
- Do NOT click “Proceed” or continue to the unsafe site.
- Do NOT enter any login credentials or sensitive information.
- Close the browser page immediately.
These measures are important to protect your information and avoid accessing unintended websites.
What You Should Do
If you experience access issues or encounter the above warning, please:- Retry access after a short period.
- Refresh the page or restart your browser.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Switch to a different network or DNS setting (if available).
