Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
To create a booking, go to the "Plan & Book" section in the top menu bar of My OOCL Center (MOC), then click "Booking Creation."
Simply click the globe icon in the top menu bar and choose your preferred language from the available options.
As a Company Admin, go to the Role Permission section under Account Management. From there, you can assign specific applications and access permissions to individual users.
Multi‑Factor Authentication(MFA) provides an additional layer of protection for your OOCL Account by asking you to enter a 6‑digit One‑Time Passcode (OTP) in addition to your password. This helps safeguard your account even if your password becomes known to someone else.
The 6‑digit One‑Time Passcode (OTP) is a temporary, single‑use code used to verify your identity when signing in or accessing protected functions in your OOCL Account.
As part of MFA, it ensures that only the authorised account owner can access sensitive functions.
No. You can use Email OTP without installing the OOCL Mobile App. The Mobile App Authenticator is optional.
Changing your registered email requires an OTP sent to your current email. If you no longer have access and have not set up the Mobile App Authenticator, please contact OOCL Support for identity verification and assistance.
