Thanks for your enquiry on the captioned request and we would like to advise you the handling process as below for your easy reference to ensure smooth operation.
- Customer, who must be the booking party on Booking Acknowledgement, should fill in the re-use container application. [as per attached standard template ( outlook / rich text format ) or OOCL Standard Form]
- Customer should email the application to hkgobcsv@oocl.com , then an auto email acknowledgement will be returned to the sender within 15 minutes.
- We will advise customer whether or not the application is accepted within 1 working day.
- Customer is responsible for the cargo worthy condition of the container(s) during the whole process, and is liable for any container damage.
- Customer is also responsible for any detention charges which are counted as per the inbound agreement/tariff.
