Place Booking
Customer can place bookings with us through the following channels:

 1.    Online booking
via “My OOCL Centre” (http://www.oocl.com/). 
Booking Acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working hours

 You need to register before making the first booking.  Please register at https://moc.oocl.com/admin/registration/reg_registration_submit_main.jsf

2.    EDI Booking
For those customer who has EDI link with OOCL
Booking Acknowledgement will be sent within 2 working hours

We can handle both the EDIFACT as well as X.12 formats.  Please refer to http://www.oocl.com/eng/ourservices/eservices/edi/   for implementation guides, more information about messages, formats and protocols, and other information to help you get started. 

 3.    Email Booking

Please email shipment details to

For reefer, dangerous goods, shipper owned containers, additional forms are required.  Please fill in the appropriate forms and upload to us via the Shipment Folder in “My OOCL Center”.

Booking Cancellation Fee

Kindly note that a booking cancellation fee of MYR 110 per booking shall be imposed to customer who cancelled booking 72 hours prior to intended vessel ETA.

Export Documentation (BL)

Submitting Shipping Instruction (SI). 
Please submit SI to us before the SI Cutoff as per below schedule (please provide link if any):

A late SI submission of MYR 100 per SI will be imposed to customer who submitted after the SI Cutoff time.

Customer can submit SI to us through the following channels:

1.    Online Shipping Instruction
via “My OOCL Centre” (http://www.oocl.com/).
Draft B/L will be available within 4 working hours upon receipt of complete SI.

2.    EDI Shipping Instruction
For those customer who has EDI link with OOCL
Draft B/L will be available within 4 working hours upon receipt of complete SI

3.    Email Shipping Instruction

Draft B/L will be available within 6 working hours upon receipt of complete SI

Issuance of Original Bill of Ladings (OB/Ls) or Sea Waybill (Express Bill)

B/L will be ready for collection, after vessel sailed and with your written confirmation of BL complete.  Please make sure that you indicate “Original BL” or “Sea Waybill / Express Bill” or “Telex Release / Surrender BL” is required,

Issuance of Sea Waybill can be done if you have submitted Sea Waybill LOI to our office.(http://www.oocl.com/malaysia/eng/localinformation/eforms/)

 Please also indicate how you want to collect your B/L from us.  You may obtain Original B/Ls or Sea Waybill by: 

1.    Online Download
via “My OOCL Center”   (http://www.oocl.com/eng/ourservices/eservices/myooclcenter/BL+Document+Manager.htm)

2.    EDI Bill of Ladings
For those customer who has EDI link with OOCL

3.    OOCL Counter Offices

All B/L will only be released upon full payment received, or bank-in to our bank account, unless you have valid credit term with OOCL.

A late collection of BL or late payment freight charges of MYR 200 per BL will be imposed to non-credit customer who are has not pay or collect BL after 7 calendar day of vessel sailed.
