What You Will Be Doing

• Develop and enhance scalable software applications that are unit tested, code reviewed, and checked regularly for continuous integration.
• Examine and support existing systems, identifying flaws, and creating solutions to improve service and time-to-resolve.
• Perform ad hoc support tasks like statistics preparation, documentation, security patch testing, logic investigation and behavior of existing applications.
• Work with product owners and business analysts to influence the strategy for product features and system capabilities, identifying the best way to deliver capabilities.
• Prepare test case, release notes, impact analysis and technical design and other necessary artifacts
• Pursue deeper understanding of other technologies and explore applications to system.
• Be involved in upcoming Migration Projects of Sub Teams.
• Fix defects in production based on Service Level Agreements.
• As part of working on our Agile teams, you will be working with multinational counterparts in different regions and centers (ZHA, HKG, and SNT).

Skills and Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and entry-level staff are encouraged to apply for full-time positions
• Above average academic standing, good analytical, logical and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Math or Science
• Knowledge of applications, relational databases and web technologies
• Experience with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based environment
• Familiarity with EDI standards (UN/EDIFACT, ANSI X12), VL Trader and transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2, MQ, etc) though not mandatory, is an advantage
• Willing when necessary, to travel overseas, be on call, do occasional weekend work, or be on shift (for specific teams only)
