Outbound Demurrage: Calculation shall commence at 00:00am on the same
day as full gate in and end at 23:59 on the same day as Container loaded onto the vessel at the first port of load.
Demurrage at CFS:
Free time & Charges shall be governed by Provision published
by the Philippines government or the entity appointed by them to render the
service.
Transfer Charges:
On or before expiration of free time, carrier may at its option
transfer the container to an outside customs designated facility, in which
event the risk and transfer and other expenses incidental to the transfer of
the container shall be for the account of the carrier.
Following expiration of free time, transfer of the container to an
outside customs designated facility shall be at the risk and expense of the
cargo owner, and the following charge shall apply: Transfer charges at 15.00
Pesos (Philippine) per revenue ton.
Freetime for each container with or without chassis, will commence
at 12:00 A.M. on the first business day following completion of the discharge
of vessel, and it shall expire at midnight on the day stipulated.
Free time at CFS - Provisions of Port Terminal Tariff shall apply.
Demurrage at CFS - Provisions of Port Terminal Tariff apply. Free time for CFS
cargo shall commence from the first midnight after receipt of the cargo.

1. Inbound Combined Demurrage and Detention (DD2in1) Calculation shall commence at 00:00am on the first calendar day after container discharge and end on the same day as empty gate in. Saturdays, Sundays and Philippine holidays shall be included.
2. Equipment Detention Deposit:
A deposit or bond to secure payment of any new equipment detention that may be incurred must be paid by the Consignee, the Consignee's representative or other cargo interest before a loaded container may be released by a Carrier. The Carrier will collect such deposit which will be refunded to the payer after the Carrier ascertains that no new detention charge were incurred in connection with the equipment for which the deposit was made or to be offset against another shipment with outstanding detention charge. Payment of a security deposit or bond shall not discharge any liability to Carrier for the full timely payment of all equipment detention charges due to Carrier except to the extent that a deposit is applied as an offset to such liability.
3. The deposit in Philippines Pesos is:
Applicable for when B/L contains in-transit clause to locations not mentioned below and for any requested arrangement for container to be brought to locations not mentioned below, even in the absence of in-transit clause in B/L:
- FND Manila, Batangas, Subic or Clark, but cargo will be brought to location outside NCR (National Capital Region)*, Calabarzon*, Central Luzon*, Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur or Sorsogon;
FND Cebu, but cargo will be brought to location outside Cebu City, Carcar, Danao, Lapu-Lapu, Mandaue, Naga, Talisay, Compostela, Consolacion, Cordova, Liloan, Minglanilla or San Fernando;
FND Davao or General Santos, but cargo will be brought to location outside Davao or General Santos:
