As reported by our Value Added Service Provider (VASP) , please be informed that as of 10:00 am November 12 (Tuesday)
BOC E2M system is still not available for all types of electronic logdments since 3:00PM yesterday afternoon.
As our VASP is closely communicating with BOC Help Desk, we shall update you for new development.
