                                   MICT ADVISORY: SEPTEMBER 17, 2013 - CARGO RELEASE UPDATE


While no official notice has been sent, it appears that key documentation processing required for import releasing has slow or stopped at the BOC. Because of this, there has been very limited release of cargo/goods from the terminal since Saturday.

If this continues, we expect a heavy buildup of demand at both billing and in the yard when full BOC processing resumes. It is likely that the backlog will grow substantially while this processing stoppage continues.

Meanwhile MICT/ICTSI remains fully operational 24-7. We shall keep you posted of any new development as we gather more information.
