Re: OOCL MANIFESTS FOR DIRECT VALIDATION DUE TO BOC E2M DOWNTIME

Dear Valued Customers,

As a result of Philippine Customs E2M system downtime last September 14 at 0900H until today,  OOCL manifests were not registered prior to E2M cut-off.

All Master Bill of Ladings will undergo the procedure of “Direct Validation”. Details are as follows:

All NVOCCs are suggested to directly coordinate with their respective Value Added Service Providers (VASP) for the direct validation of their House Bill of Ladings.

Until today, there is still no official written advisory from Bureau of Customs Help Desk on what time E2M will be up and available.
