Dear Valued Customers,
You may be experiencing delays with your transactions / electronic processing at the Manila International Container Port (MICP).
Please be advised that The Manila International Container Port (MICP) is encountering network problem since March 22, 2013 causing delays in all MICP electronic processing. This is due to failure of the wireless link between the said terminal and the E2M server located at the Manila South Harbor.
Attached herewith is the formal announcement from the Bureau of Customs – Management Information System and Technology Group (MISTG).
