Winter Surcharge
Dear Valued Customer,
Please be advised that Asia EuropeTrade Westbound will implement a Winter Surcharge (WSC) for imports to Russia via St. Petersburg and Ust-Luga.
The quantum is US$100 per Teu effective from December 1, 2014 to April 30, 2015 and will be applied based on BL onboard date..
