REVISED FINAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS CUT-OFF FOR JAPAN BOUND SHIPMENTS

Dear Valued Customer Partners,

Good day! Japan’s 24 hour Advance Manifest Regulation will commence on March 09, 2014. In line with this, please be advised that effective March 01, 2014, the revised Final Shipping Instructions cut-off for Japan bound shipments via PHF2 service will be: Monday/ 1700H. Shipping Instructions cut-off for other shipments is unchanged.

We require all customers to provide complete and accurate shipping instructions prior to the abovementioned revised cut-off. The mandatory data elements which must be included in Shipping Instructions include but not limited to:

• Full name and address (including postal code) of shipper and consignee
• Full name and address (including postal code) of notify party where goods are carried under a negotiable “to order” B/L
• Container number
• Seal number
• Accurate description of goods
• 6-digit HS code for each goods item
• IMDG code and UNDG code where applicable

The following Advanced Manifest Security and Amendment charges will be effective from March 09, 2014:
