Dear Valued Customer,

Further to the announcement released on November 24th, and upon review of the port congestion situation along the US West Coast, OOCL has decided to indefinitely postpone the imposition of Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) on all cargo entering the U.S. via U.S. West Coast ports or Canadian Gateway port with immediate effect until further notice.
