Dear Valued Customer,

Upon further review of the port congestion situation along the US West Coast, OOCL has decided to

postpone the Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) application on all US origis or destination shipments

arriving at or departing via any U.S. West Coast port or Canadian Gateway  with  immediate  effect

until further notice.
