USA and Canada to the Philippines
Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to advise that effective December 10, 2014 (cargo received date), A Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) will increase to $200 per 20’ container and $400 per container of other sizes and be assessed to all shipments directly discharged at Manila, Philippines. This surcharge remains to be paid on collect basis.
