Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS)

Dear Valued Customers,

This is to advise that effective July 13, 2014 (cargo received date), A Port Congestion Surcharge (PCS) of $100 per 20' container and $200 per container of other sizes will be assessed to all shipments directly discharged at Manila, Philippines. This surcharge is to be paid on collect basis.
