This is to inform you of our booking acceptance, final shipping instruction cut off, container depot, and terminal schedule for the coming Ninoy Aquino Day and National Heroes Day holidays.
I. Booking Acceptance Cut Off
OOCL office will be closed on mentioned holidays. Please submit your booking requests on or before the
given cut off. Booking requests received beyond the cut off will be processed when office resumes after
holidays.

II. Final Shipping Instruction Cuf Off
There will be no changes in the final shipping instruction cut off. For complete details, kindly refer to

Please note that final and complete shipping instruction is needed in order for your cargo not to
be unmanifested and retained on board. To avoid penalties such as, but not limited to late
shipping instruction fee of $100, we encourage you to submit your final shipping instruction no
later than the standard cut off.

IV. Terminal Operations Schedule
- Receiving of export containers will be on regular schedule.
- Releasing of import containers will be closed. As of today, we have not receive yet any
free delivery announcements from BOC.
