Late Fee for Submission of Shipment Data at Loading Port
(ALD)
Dear Valued Customers,
Effective June 17, 2015 OOCL will be implementing a new charge “Late Fee for Submission of Shipment Data at Loading Port or ALD”.
In Manila, if shipper fails to provide the following information to carrier in writing as required by the Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) at least four hours prior to returning of laden container to MICT, a fee of PHP 4,000 per container for late submission of the below required information by MICT through carrier will be assessed to shipper. This fee is to be prepaid at origin and applied in addition to all other charges and fees applicable to the shipment.
